Our Philosophy

Some trainers like to take clients from machine to machine and just count reps. We believe that no two clients are the same and no two workouts should be exactly the same either. Our responsibility as trainers is to create a customized and personal workout plan for each client.

Our trainers focus on your specific goals, strengths and challenges and then work with you to customize your workout to meet your personal fitness goals. Our clients do everything from cardio to traditional weight training to multi-joint movements, skilled movements and moves that involve multiple muscle groups.

Try a session @ Iron DNA Fitness. The only machines here are the members and trainers.

Owner and founder of IronDNA Fitness.
Over 15 years of experience coaching and training individuals and groups at all fitness levels ranging from athletes to beginners.
Seth grew up playing a variety of sports and loves exercise.
Seth loves working with athletes, body builders, and anyone who needs weight loss guidance.

Nicole Levesque

Background:

Over 11 years of experience as a personal trainer and group class instructor who has helped individuals meet their physical fitness goals through strength training and nutrition management.
Nicole enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels – beginners to advanced athletes.
Has focused on helping pre and post natal mothers, and partners with a Physical Therapy Clinic to provide assistance to those with injuries going through the rehabilitation process.
Knowledgeable in weight loss management, personalized nutrition programs and meal planning.

Saad Enrique Rivera

Background:

Originally from Puerto Rico, a US Air Force Veteran, former NCAA Division 2 Collegiate Volleyball Player at Newman University in Kansas and current Volleyball Coach.
Has specialized in training clients over the past 4 years in functional movements, sports performance and conditioning.
Loves working with clients of all ages from 10 to 60 years old to achieve their goals and see results.
Employs a practice what you preach mentality when training clients or teaching classes so he can share his experience.

Vince Lamphere

Background:

Specializes in strength and conditioning training and power lifting.
Continuing his studies with West Side Barbell Club.
Raised in a Marine Corp household and began his love for exercise and healthy living at the age of 15.
Experience competing in Physique and Fitness competitions.

Jonas Elliot

Background:

Crossfit athlete and competitor with over 6 years of experience coaching in the sport as well.
Jonas values the ability to coach his clients speaking from experience throughout his crossfit journey.
Experience with working with children, fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and beginners in crossfit, training and group classes.
Jonas has a passion for sports and helping people improve their overall fitness level.

Doug Freeman

Background:

11 year active duty US Air Force Veteran.
Obstacle Course Racer and Full time student at FGCU studying exercise science.
As an elite Spartan racer, Doug’s coaching methods include exercises and workouts that will test your mind and body driving you to meet your goals head on.
Growing up Doug was always involved in sports playing baseball, football and track and field.
