Since becoming a certified personal trainer in 2019, she has worked with a wide range of clients, helping them build lean muscle, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness through sustainable training and nutrition strategies. With years of hands-on experience across multiple fitness disciplines—including weightlifting, fat loss training, and body recomposition—Regan brings a well-rounded, results-driven coaching approach.
