What is CrossFit IronStable?

CrossFit IronStable workouts are in line with CrossFit’s methodology of “constantly varied functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity” as well as some TLC from our highly qualified CrossFit Level 1 instructors. The functional movements that our coaches teach reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, and rowing – the core movements of life! With our programming you will see dramatic changes in your fitness gains.

We are always happy to have new folks drop by and share the love. We’re simply raising the bar and offering you a $20 drop in rate, allowing you to experience the true Iron DNA Fitness experience of CrossFit!

Getting Started

Participants can enjoy an unlimited number of CrossFit IronStable Classes as part of their Iron DNA Fitness membership. You may also drop in to any Crossfit IronStable Class or Open Gym Time for only $20 per class!

What can you expect from CrossFit IronStable?

Our CrossFit program is developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple diverse and randomized physical challenges. The Crossfit IronStable professional coaching staff will teach you how to move safely, effectively, efficiently, and with the necessary range of motion and movement patterns that ensure the best results. Enjoy your workout in a fun, supportive and fast-paced environment.

What experience do you need to have?

Workouts of the Day (WOD’s) are created to be scalable to suit any age and fitness level. If you are new to CrossFit, we make your introduction to CrossFit IronStable fun and non-intimidating. You will go through our introductory classes in a small group or individual session. We also offer an On-Ramp program, consisting of 6 classes that introduce you to CrossFit IronStable fundamentals. It is the safest way we can help you get started and comfortable before entering a faster pace class. Additionally, we prepare you for moving into group classes by providing you with education, coaching, and practicing of the movements essential to CrossFit IronStable. This is REQUIRED before you can enter a CrossFit IronStable class at Iron DNA Fitness.
