John Zakowski – Certified Personal Trainer, Bootcamp Instructor
Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, John Zakowski is a dedicated fitness coach with a strong background in collegiate athletics. He began his competitive tennis career at the University of Denver, helping the team secure conference championships. Later, at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, he earned four-time Division III All-American honors and became a three-time ITA Regional Champion. Seeking new challenges, John transferred to Florida Gulf Coast University for his graduate year, continuing to excel in high-performance training. Now, as a coach at DNA Athletics and DNA Pickleball, John is passionate about helping clients maximize their potential and achieve peak fitness levels.
Regan Miller – Strength Training & Functional Fitness Coach
Regan Miller has had a lifelong passion for fitness and strength training, which evolved into a deep commitment to bodybuilding, functional fitness, and nutrition coaching. Since becoming a certified personal trainer in 2019, she has worked with a wide range of clients, helping them build lean muscle, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness through sustainable training and nutrition strategies. With years of hands-on experience across multiple fitness disciplines—including weightlifting, fat loss training, and body recomposition—Regan brings a well-rounded, results-driven coaching approach. Her mission is to empower clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to create lasting fitness transformations and live healthier, stronger lives.
